We respect the intellectual property rights of game developers and all content creators. Nhsuaf.com operates as a game directory that embeds games from their original sources. If you are a game developer or publisher and you find your game on Nhsuaf.com, it is because we embedded it from your own server or a server operated by your distribution partner. We do this because we enjoy the game and want to share it with our audience.

If you would like your game removed from our directory, or if you believe your game is being presented in a way that misrepresents your work, simply send us an email. We will process removal requests within 5 business days.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on Nhsuaf.com infringes your copyright, you may send us a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Your notice must include:

What Happens After You File

When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will review it and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the party who posted the content that it has been removed. If they believe the removal was a mistake, they may file a counter-notification.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

• Your name, address, and contact information
• A description of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court
• Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to restrict access to our site for users who repeatedly submit fraudulent or bad-faith copyright claims.
