Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to the questions we hear most often from our visitors. If your question is not covered here, feel free to email us directly.

About the Site

What exactly is Nhsuaf.com? +

Nhsuaf.com is a game directory and review site. We curate browser-based games from independent developers, write our own descriptions and reviews for each one, and organize them into categories so you can find something that matches your mood. Think of us as a guide to browser games rather than a game hosting platform.

Do you make the games yourselves? +

No, we do not. Every game on Nhsuaf is created by independent developers and studios. We embed their games directly from the developers' servers using iframes. This means you always get the original, unmodified version of the game. What we do contribute is our own editorial content: game descriptions, reviews, gameplay tips, and blog articles — all written by our team after actually playing the games.

Is the site really free? +

Yes. There are no subscription fees, no premium tiers, and no hidden charges. You can browse and play every game on the site without spending anything. We display advertisements through Google AdSense to help cover our operating costs, which allows us to keep the site accessible to all visitors.

Playing Games

How do the games work? +

All games run directly in your web browser using HTML5 technology. Just navigate to a game page, click the "Play Now" button, and the game loads in an embedded window on the page. If a game seems to be taking a while to load, it may be loading its assets (graphics, sounds) — most games take between 5 and 15 seconds to fully start depending on your connection speed.

What devices and browsers work? +

Our games work on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. We support Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera. For the smoothest experience, we recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser. Some older games may perform better on desktop than on mobile, and we note this in our game descriptions when relevant.

A game is not loading. What should I do? +

Try these steps in order: (1) Wait a moment — some games take 10-15 seconds to load their assets. (2) Refresh the page. (3) Clear your browser cache and try again. (4) Disable any browser extensions, especially ad blockers, as these can sometimes interfere with game loading. (5) Try a different browser. If none of these steps work, the game's server may be temporarily down — this is outside our control since games are hosted by their developers. You can email us at milos3073h@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Do I need an account to play? +

No account is needed. You can play any game on our site without registering, signing in, or providing any personal information. Just visit the game page and click Play.

Categories and Content

How do you decide which games to include? +

Our team personally plays each game before adding it. We evaluate gameplay quality, technical performance, device compatibility, and content appropriateness. We reject many more games than we accept. Our goal is quality over quantity — we would rather feature a smaller selection of genuinely good games than a large collection of mediocre ones.

What do the categories mean? +

We organize games into nine categories: Boys (action and adventure games), Girls (dress-up, beauty, and creative games), Puzzle (brain teasers, matching, and logic games), Sports (athletic and racing games), Strategy (tactics and planning games), Casual (relaxing, easy-to-pick-up games), Popular (games our visitors play most often), Latest (recently added titles), and Motive (driving and racing games). Some games appear in multiple categories where appropriate.

How often do you add new games? +

We add new games regularly, though the exact frequency varies. We do not add games on a fixed schedule because we would rather wait for a genuinely good title than fill a quota. Check our Latest page to see the most recently added games.

Safety and Privacy

Is the site safe for children? +

We review every game for content appropriateness before adding it to our site. The majority of our games are suitable for general audiences, including children. However, since the games are created by various independent developers, we cannot personally monitor every aspect of gameplay at all times. We recommend that parents supervise younger children's internet usage and use parental control tools if desired. We do not collect personal data from any user, regardless of age.

What data do you collect about me? +

Very little. We do not require registration and do not collect personal information. Our site receives standard technical data like your IP address and browser type (as does every website). We use Google Analytics for site statistics and may display ads through Google AdSense. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full detail, including how to opt out of tracking.

For Developers

I made a game. Can you feature it? +

We are always open to discovering new games. Send us an email at milos3073h@gmail.com with the subject line "Developer Inquiry." Include your game name, a link to where it can be played, and a brief description. Our team will try it out and let you know if it fits our library.

I want my game removed from your site. +

We respect developers' wishes. If you are the rights holder of a game on our site and want it removed, email us at milos3073h@gmail.com. We will process your request within 5 business days. See our DMCA policy for more details.
